Going back to user icons rather than user name password prompt logon

How do you get a system to go back to logging on via clicking on one of
the user icons rather than the user name password prompt logon dialogue
box?
 
Start> Control Panel> User Accounts> Change the Way User Log on and Off.
Then check the "Use the Window Welcome" box.
