GoBack problem

I uninstalled GoBack3 so I could install updated GoBack4 on my system ...
GoBack4 will not install ... receive a pop-up error saying: "GoBack is
unable to determine which of your hard drives is the boot drive. GoBack
cannot install until this problem is corrected" ... I only have one hard
drive I can't figure this out ... GoBack3 will not reinstall back on my
system either, same pop-up error ... Any advice or assistance would be
greatly appreciated...
Thank You!

How about asking the makers/providers/support staff for the GoBack
software (which as far as I know is not Microsoft)?? If you bought the
program you are entitled to a modicum of support. If you didn't, then
TS.

You might want to contact Symantec Tech support for help installing their
program.

From memory of a previous installation: I believe that during
installation there is a step where y'all can select 'custom'. Try
that!
