gmail account doesnt appear in outlook

after setting up my gmail account to my outlook 2003 successfully the gmail
folder doesnt appear in my tabs, like hotmail. where is it? how do i view my
gmail account through outlook?

GMail comes in as POP3 mail so it just goes to the regular Inbox folder
unlike HTTP mail servers like Hotmail which get their own folder set.
