globally customizing folders in OL2003

I have many email folders in OL2003. Is there a way to customize them all
at once? I don't like the default customization and so far it looks like I
have to customize them one at a time.

If you change the messages views, it applies to all folders. Follow the
steps here: http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm to the point
where you click the Modify button to open the customize view dialog. Then
make the changes you want and save it.

I went to start, run, outlook.exe/cleanview as instructed and it wouldn't run.

If you change the messages views, it applies to all folders. Follow the
