Globally changing Regional Settings on Terminal Services logins

Is there anyway of changing all user's terminal services
logins to use a certain set of Regional Settings? I.E. is
there functionality to change all users at once?
 
I don't know if this is correct, but you should be able to
do this through the group policies.
