Global VBA Project?

I am new to VBA in Excel, and was trying to make a macro that would
work in all workbooks. Is there a Global VBA Project in Excel that
could accomplish this?

add it to your personal.xls (a hidden workbook (stored in your XLStart
folder) that loads each time you Open Excel.
