Global Move / Copy with NO TO ALL on question of replacement

I am trying to move all files from one folder to another, but not overwrite
exisitng files. So sat I have directories C:\A and C:\B and I want to move
all the files from B to A, but some files in A have the same names as in B.
If I use the explorer and select MOVE, I get the message ( File exists,
replace ? YES, NO, YES TO ALL.

What I need is a way to say NO TO ALL replace existing file questions. I
have seen this option in a previous OS, but not in XP. Is there a manual
command that can do this? Even if I had to use the COPY command and then
delete the B dirctory that would be fine.

Some programs even go so far as to create a different name if the existing
file is there. SO if a file existed that was ABC.DOC and you were copying
ABC.DOC it woould make it ABC001.DOC instead of overwritting or asking a
question to overwrite. Does anyone know of a command to do that ?

Is there an aftermarket program that can do this?

Any help appriciated.

Hold down Shift while pressing No.
or use command prompt.

Good Luck, Ayush.
