Global Address List sort by "LastName, FirstName"

How can I sort the Global Address List by "LastName, FirstName" in Outlook.
It must be for only one user in his outlook, not the hole organization.
 
Can't be changed for the one user. Only work around I can think of is to
export the GAL to a contact folder in the user's mailbox and then set a sort
order.
