Display Lastname Firstname in Global Address List

I have just setup Exchange 2003 and was wondering how to change the name display when viewing the Global Address List

To be specific, when a client in an Exchange Active Directory domain writes an email, they usually sent internal e-mails using the Global Address List. The names are displayed 'firstname' 'lastname', how can I change this to display 'lastname' 'firstname'

I would be gratefull if I could get this sorted

Thanks

Go to Control Panel-> Mail-> E-mail Accounts-> View or change existing
directories or address books-> select Outlook Address Book-> Change.
At the bottom you can set the way the names are sorted.
