Global Address Book for Pop Users

How do I get the Global Address Book to my users off site that use POP email
accounts to access their email.

There's no way to do that.

Let me amend this somewhat. If you offer your GAL over the Internet via
LDAP, then it can be done. That seems less than properly private to me,
however.
