'Glacier' theme Outlook 2007

Can someone assist me to locate the old 'glacier' theme and to get it to work
as my default theme/stationery in outlook 2007?

Outlook 2007 doesn't ship with this theme. You'll have to copy it over from
your Outlook 2003 installation.
