Maybe someone can help me , give me a piece of advice , or
introduce some books ,

I suggest to describe in more detail what exactly you want to archieve. Are
you attempting to implement your own image processing algorithms or do you
simply want to compose images from other images and perform drawing,
clipping, ...?
