Give Delegates access to subfolders

I'm looking for a way for users to allow delegates to see the subfolders
within a folder for which they have permissions. For example, Melanie has
reviewer access to Kato's Inbox, and we want her to have the same access to
the subfolders within Kato's Inbox. How can I accomplish this? I've set
permissions on those subfolders to grant Melanie access (since they already
existed when access was granted to the Inbox folder), but how can Melanie
see or get to those folders? When Melanie opens Kato's Inbox from her own
instance of Outlook 2003, the Inbox Folder is not displayed in her folder
list within Outlook, and the Inbox subfolders are not listed along with the
messages in the message list pane. We're running Exchange 2003 and Outlook
2003.

Thanks in advance, all help is greatly appreciated.

Add the delegate mail to :

In the properties of the Exchange Server, (more settings...), choose
