I can print different shades of grey text on my black and white printe
using Microsoft Word, but when I try and print the same shade of gre
using Excel it comes out black. Borders that are grey print out lighte
than the black ones, but my text doesn't print out different even when
select the lightest tone. How can I fix this?
 
I've seen this, but very very long ago. So from memory; Excel believes she
prints color and the printer translates it to B&W ? Make sure Excel knows
it's a black&white printout in the printer menu.
