Gigabyte GA-G33-DS3R question

I'm not a gamer, never have been and never will be and overclocking is not a big thing to me.

All I do with a PC is Web server, database apps (SQL Server) backup some dvds/cd'and some mpeg encoding with a tv card.
Does it not make sense for me to get A G33 chipset rather than than a P35?

then your only concern is money .. not the chip
set. All of them work.
