GIF and Links Disappear

I've published many sites, but am having trouble with this one:
www.flawlessadvertising.com. I have installed and reinstalled FPSE, just in
case. The gif doesn't appear on any of the pages and I have it pointing to
the uploaded image in my images folder. The hyperlinks on any page simply do
not appear and I've made sure their properties are such that they would be
legible. And a form doesn't appear either. What is happening?

Hi - I suspect that you are running Norton Internet Security....which is a
sod for making some items dissapear.

Try switching Norton (or equivalent) off for a few seconds and refresh the
page.....I be it appears!!!

I had the same problem with some thumnails I was displaying and in the end
it simply cam down to displaying them at 119 pixels rather then 120!!!!!

Also, watch out for calling files 'header', 'footer', 'banner' or 'ad' as
Norton can pick up on these as well.
