Gibe removal tool

I am trying to run the Gibe removal tool. The instructions on the Symantec
site say to turn off the Restore function. However, when I click on Start, I
am not able to right click on My Computer. The right click function does not
work. Is this a byproduct of Gibe?

Another way to get to the System Restore settings is to press Winkey +
Pause/Break. Or open Control Panel. Select Classic style in the left column.
Then double click on System.

For the right click problem, check that "enable dragging and dropping" is
checked in Taskbar & Start Menu properties (also available via Control
Panel). Once you have the Taskbar/Start Menu properties screen in view,
click on Start Menu> Customize.

If using the XP style start menu, the setting is on the Advanced Page. If
using the Classic style, it's in the list in the lower section of the
Customize screen.
