Gibberish Directories...Can't delete

I have a bunch of directoires suchs as...
C:\0
c:\3b879927a9c4c2c6fdcca09d92618132
c:\4d72d0e32aeb1205860119d1a9d9
etc...

In each one has a dir called sp1.

I caanot for the life of me delete these dirs!! I have
tried everything I can from safe mode, admin permissions,
killing taskmgr running a program called MoveOnBoot but I
can't shake them. THey are very annoying and I want to
get rid of them!

Can someone please help!!
