Ghost program on Taskbar

I have this program that appears on the Taskbar but will last for about 2
seconds and then go away. The program is blank and doesn't identify itself.
It wasn't a big bother until I play games and watch movies which it will
disrupt the game and movie causing to have no audio. I tried restoring my
computer at a time this incident didn't occur but now everytime I restore the
problem comes back. Is there a way of getting rid of the problem?

I would try scanning for Spyware first, use Spybot from
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
and Adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Also, try using the Microsoft AntiSpyware program. Works really well
for me along with using the previous stated programs in the above post.

I have both Spybot and Adaware and ran both programs but the problem still
occurs. One thing I notice it will pop up every 10 mins or so.
