"Ghost" Messages in OUTLOOK Send/REceive

When I execute Send/Recieve e-mails in OUTLOOK, the DETAILS show "SENDING 3
OF 6 Messages"

There are NO messages in OUGBOX.

How can I eliminate this "Ghost" messaging situation?

Possible undelivered read receipts, which don't show in the Outbox. See

I hve looked at OUTLOOK SPY and I fear it is somesathing beyond my abilites
to use. I am pretty green when it comes to computer maintenance.
