"ghost" left behind

Since I applied SP3 to my Office XP Pro suite a "ghost" is left in the upper
left hand corner of my desk top when I close Outlook.

It happens only when I leave the "Find" toolbar open when I close the
program.

I have to right click the desktop, then select refresh to eliminate it. Or
I may just drag another open window over it.

How do I get rid of this annoyance?
 
did you reboot? Ghosts are usually caused by video drivers and low
resources.
