Using Ghost 2003 I have made an image of a machine and then following Norton
instructions, I used Norton Explorer to split the image into chunks of 500mb
and 200 mb and then used Nero to copy these files onto 2 cd roms. When I
boot up using the Norton disk on another machine and try to use this image
as the source file , I get an error message telling me that the image was
not made with Norton Ghost. The destination machine does not have Norton or
anything installed on it.
