How would GFI mail essential help do what i want, tell me
how to use and access it? Pertains to users with a
disclaimer message

This is really not an appropriate question for the AD NewsGroup. If you
head on over to the Exchange 2000 Server NewsGroup - specifically the Admin
NewsGroup - you will see several postings for this. Simply do a search
using 'GFI' as the parameter.
