gettting rid of a stubborn cookie

I have a cookie on my machine that I can't delete. I have tried deleting it
by hand. I have tried to use Window Washer. I have tried to delete the
cookie from within IE on the Tools/Options menu. Nothing works. What else
can I do?

try booting up in dos mode, then delete it...
or if you're insane enough, boot up from a linux kernel
on a floppy, mount your hard drive. Then you can do
anything you want with that drive!
