Getting Word as Editor of Outlook

From Office 2000, Outlook is not getting the message that I want Word as the Editor of my E-Mail.
Any suggestions on how to format this edition of Outlook to use Word as the editor of all e-mails?

Tools / Options / Mail Format Tab and there you can make WORD as your mail
editor.
