Getting this Error message on the Blue Screen Of Death

im hopeing someone can help me. I play Everquest and
durring play time, the Blue Screen of Death popps up and i
get this message.

0XBEAD7AEA) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

***ADRESS BEAD7AE BASE AT BEAD 1000, DATESTAMP 3D2B4434 -
MRXSMB.SYS BEGINNING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY

Can anyone please tell me how to fix this problem?

System Specs are as follows...

1.7 ghz AMD MoBo
40gig HD
256mb RAM
Geforce4 MX420
win2000 OS

I would either rename or replace c:\winnt\system32\drivers\mrxsmb.sys,
then watch what happens.
