getting system restore functioning and help & support running

it seems recently that system restore has been taking away from the freespace
on my computer...i go to defrag and i find its filled up ....even after i set
the amount for the system restore to use is a low percentage. Also recently
my help ansd support wont open up.....i tried soem of the discussions earlier
but my problems seem to be different. I would greatly appreciate any help in
rectifying this.....i'm a bit of a newbie and get in trouble easily on the
computer. I would like to try and get both these problems solved. I am
running Windows XP with all the upgrades.

What size is your hard disk/partition and what % have you allowed System
Restore?

i tried going through that and it wouldn't completely run......and now when i
start up coimputer i get....Rundll32.exe not able to start cause framedyn.dll
wasn't found.........and.......error loading srclient.dll module can;t be
found

seems the .....windir files and help files dont exist
