Getting same download everyday. Help!

My computer is getting a download everyday of the same update. I checked my
download history and it says I'm getting the following:
Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB936181)

Is there a way I can (1) Turn off the automatic downloads, (2) stop
receiving this particular download.
 
You can go to the update site (MS) manually, and when this KB shows up,
click on 'do not show this update again'.
