getting rid of xp so I can go back to windows 98

Does any body know how to get rid of windows Xp so I can
go back to windows 98 I have had nothing but problems with
Xp How do you format the hard drive when you have windows
Xp if any body can help me please E-mail me I would really
appreciate it thank you
