That's rather like asking "how do I stop my house from telling everyone
where it lives". You have an IP address, and the people who send you the
"Messenger Service" messages are simply sending this to all addresses,
in the manner that people walk from door to door pushing leaflets through
the letterbox.
You need to follow Jupiter's advice.
