Getting rid of smart tags.

I don't know if these are smart tags or not but on a lot of my emails there
are dots underneath a persons name or address. When I place my pointer over
the dots, it brings up a box with the letter "I" and a circle around it. When
I click the button, it gives me the choice of display map or driving
directions (if it's an address with the dots under it) or, if it's a name
that has the dots under it, it offers me the choice of sending an email,
adding to contacts, scheduling a meeting, etc., when I click on the box.

How do I turn this off.

Tools menu > Options > Other tab. Uncheck the option: "Enable the
Person Names Smart Tag".
