Getting rid of "pinball"

D

Dan

XP home, sp2. This is the kind of thing that's no big deal, but really
ticks me off. I am trying to remove "program files/windows nt/pinball"
and all the files therein. It's part of the os installation, for some
stupid reason. I am able to delete all files (basically pinball.exe, a
dll or 2 & a bunch of waves) BUT when I go to remove the empty folder, I
am told the program is in use (it's not) after which pinball.exe is
RE-CREATED!. What the HELL does XP have about this seemingly
meaningless/inane program, and how do I KILL IT once & for all???

It's the PRINCIPLE of the thing! ;-)

TIA

Dan

And no doubt you're a pathetically introverted, frustrated, homely
little friendless turd who hasn't got the self esteem to look another
person directly in the eye in "real life", and who substitutes
unwarranted anonymous newsgroup sniping for social interaction.
