Getting PC passwords to sync with 2000 Server

How do I get my Windows 2000 Pro PC's passwords to
syncronize with my Windows 2000 Server passwords?
When my password expires on my PC and I change it the
password on the server doesn't get changed.

Can't be done in a workgroup - if you use a domain and all users log into
the domain, you have centralized accounts, and control over same.
