Getting NewMeet

I have downloaded NetMeet from Microsoft home page but
seem not to be able to open it. Do I need to install it
first which I suspect I do andhow do I do that. Can I do
it withwhat I already have on my Dell Inspiron with
Windows XP or doI have to get another file?
 
You do not need to install NetMeeting on Windows XP, its already there. Click Start, Run and enter CONF.EXE
