S Simon Murphy Sep 29, 2005 #2 Mike Common problem on larger workbooks You have too many combinations of font, colour & borders etc Heres a tool to fix it: http://www.quarrell.demon.co.uk/QAid/ heres the MSDN article with solutions (basically reduce the number of format combinations you have) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/213904 cheers Simon
