Simple, trying to map network drive, and after mapping, try to access and
then get my local drive. Frankly one of the stupidest things I've seen yet!

Gregg,

Mapping a local drive (or a subfolder of a local drive), as a logical drive, has
practical benefit, if done intentionally.

I'm not sure about the purpose of your comment, though. Are you doing this
unintentionally, and wondering why it's happening? Can you provide more detail
what your problem is?

Cheers,

No, I am getting the file system of my C drive instead of the intended
network drive. Hope that helps to explain my problem.

Gregg,

That's intriguing, but no, it doesn't describe your problem yet. Try again.
