getting it to work

ok, so i finally got xp pro and office pro on a new comp.

i have 2 problems

my smart documents STILL don't work. (do i have to be on the net to
have them work?)

and on Access, it's telling me that the database i just created was
inteded to harm my computer.

any help?

oh, and there's nothing wrong with my smart documents' code or
anything, i just can't seem to find the taskpane that is supposed to be
shown.
 
update:

i tried to install the xml expansion pack to get my smart document to
work, but it says there is a problem with security certificate. what
does this mean?
