Opening My Network Places and selecting View Workgroup Computers shows all
computers on our LAN and allows due access.
How can we find out the IP addresses of these machines - can it be done
from/on this page?
Regards and TIA

Not directly.
Double-clicking on any entry will put its IP address into the NetBios
Name cache for about 10 minutes. Within that time, you can then dump
the name cache by bringing up a command window (Start -> Run -> "cmd")
and enter the command:

nbtstat -c

Thanks for the useful info. I have downloaded the utilities and will try
them out at the earliest!
