I need some help, I'm getting desperate, probably from Microsoft, since I
haven't been able to get help from anyone on these groups. Does anyone know
how to contact them for email help or whatever, I am not to picky at this
point.

The Problems:

I must be having some sort of windowsXP trouble because the problems only
are happening on my XP machine.

1) I have problems with some web pages, usually getting DNS error type
messages ( cannot open this page).

2) I can only receive Faxes with the MS Fax console. Whenever I try to send
a fax, it crashes the programs, WORD, WORDPAD, EXCEL, PAPERPORT, etc.

The only replies I have gotten are regarding my browser problem and
reference spyware. I have run every spyware, browser anti-hijack, program
that I can find. no spyware on my system that isn't present on all of our
systems. I have zone alarm but have ZA on all the systems, we have ADSL and
all on the same network, I have 3 98se2 and 1 ME all are using the IE6 and
OE6.

The only differences I can come up with is the winXP. I have tried my PC co
and we have uninstalled, reinstalled, you name it - we have tried it , I
think.
