Getting error in Movetree cmd

Hello,
I am trying to run the "MoveTree" cmd. I am trying to
copy the OU from domain A to B. I am getting the following
error. Someone with the info please respond.

ERROR: 0x202b A referral was returned from the server.

MoveTree failed to check the source tree
OU=Applications,OU=Marimba,DC=NA,DC=capg
