movetree errors out

I have a tree that consists of one parent domain and two
child domains. When ever I use movetree to move a user
from one child to the other I get an error
saying "MOVETREE FAILED. 0x54f". Any reasons on why this
happens?

I'm using the right syntax when I do the move, but the
article you gave me doesn't list the 0x54f error.
