when trying to use movetree, I get the following
error:ReturnCode: 0x210a The replication operation failed
due to a collision of object names.

Here is my movetree command

movetree /start /s computer150 /d computer103 /sdn
OU=move,dc=forest150,dc=com /ddn
ou=move,dc=child3,dc=forest150,dc=com

Any Ideas?

Try using the fully qualified DNS name of the domain controllers. If that doesn't work try the command using the RID masters from each domain.
