Getting back into database

I am having problems getting back into a data base. I have Microsoft Office 2003 for students so their is no security set up for Access. I save the Table and log out of access, but when I try to get back in nothing comes up. Please does anyone know what could be wrong
 
I don't believe that Office 2003 for Students and Teachers includes Access.
Do you have an older copy of Access on the computer? How are you "trying to
get back in?"
