I currently have 3 Add-ins to Outlook 2003 . Norton AntiSpam, Adobe
PDFMaker 7.0, and Duplicates Remover for Outlook . each with their own
menu bars. In all 3, and changes I make . add or remove buttons, edit
buttons (text and/or image), alignment of all three menu bars onto one
line (giving me a total of two rows for menus, that I want) . nothing I
do makes these changes permanent / "stick". Each time I exit Outlook
and re-enter the program, I am faced with doing it all over again in
order for it to be/look as I want it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Tell the makers of those add-ins that you want them to add a feature that retains the toolbar settings between sessions. It's up to them to handle that .
