getting a web cam through

it seems as though service pack II has made it impossible for me to use my
web cam, specifically on Gay.com (now settle down, it's not that horrible).
Anyway, how do I disable whatever's causing this? I've done the firewall,
I've done my home port and I'm the system administrator. I'm stumped; all I
know is that it has worked before, and I'm pretty sure it was before service
pack II, but I couldn't swear by it. HELP

Hi,

Is this a USB device? If so, try starting here:

Also, check the manufacturer's site for an updated version of the supporting
software. They may have had to make changes or issue patches to accomodate
changes made to the system with SP2.
