Getting a run Time Error in Outlook2003

I'm getting an error in outlook 2003 when trying to
forward or reply to an e-mail. It only happens once and
then I'm free to forward and reply to e-mail.

Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)':



Method'~'of object '~'failed

Any help would be good help! This problem is more
annoying then a problem.
