Gettin rid of "Address" on a page

How do I get rid of the "Address" on page. I'ld like it to look just like this form at the top without the http----etc.
 
You would need to use JavaScript to create the popup windows where you can then hide the address
bar, menu, etc. In the IE address type:

? JavaScript Popup Menu scripts.
