Get values from another sheet (was: Load certain values with opening a file)

spreadsheet everytime the sheet is opened.
I got a good answer, but i want to do more:

Is it possible to fetch these values from another spreadsheet?
Let"s say i want these values to be fetched from another spreadsheet
on my pc that is not always opened?
