Get Screen Shots in Access

have the required form on screen hold down the ALT key & press te Print
screen button, then open MSPaint & click on Paste & then the normal save
as/name/type.

To get just an Access form, temporarily make it a popup form. When you do a
screen capture (Alt+PtrScn) you'll get just the form. I do a lot of screen
capture for the articles I write and use a 3rd party screen capture utility
named SnagIt.
