I am new here and new to access as well. Recently I had a task to extract the minimum working hour of each employee from a table "Employee working hours". I used the Dmin function in query but it only extracted the minimum hour of all employees, then shows it next to each employee. But I wanted the minimum hour for each employee to show next to it. My screen shot is attached.
Can anyone point out where I am doing wrong with this formula? Thanks a lot.
